By using registering for this workshop, you agree to the following terms, conditions and privacy policy.

General Provisions -
This registration page is owned and operated by PAIGE MARIE PHOTOGRAPHY, a MONTANA company.

You must be at least sixteen years of age to register. Use of this website is at your own risk. I host my site on a reputable platform and take reasonable efforts to maintain and host the site. However, I make no explicit representations or warranties as to the safety or your individual use of the website.

Agreement/Jurisdiction -
The person(s) whose signature(s) appear on this contract, known as “Registrant”, agree that Paige Griffith (d/b/a/ Paige Marie Photography), shall provide photography education services to the best of her abilities, in the manner described in this registration form. This is a binding contract that incorporates the entire understanding of the parties, supersedes any other written or oral agreements between Registrant and Paige, and any modifications must be in writing, signed by both parties, and physically attached to the original agreement. The laws of the State of Montana shall govern this contract, and any resulting arbitration shall take place within Missoula County, Montana. Registrant assumes responsibility for all collection costs and legal fees incurred by Paige should enforcement of this contract become necessary. In the event that any part of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of this Agreement shall remain valid and enforceable. Any failure by one or both parties to enforce a provision of this Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of any other portion or provision of this agreement.

Retainers and Payments -
Registrant fees are nonrefundable and confirm your place at the Paige Marie Photography Workshop. In the event that the registrant can no longer use the registration purchased, you may choose to either sell it to another person, or keep the credit on your account to be used at another workshop.

Liability -
If Paige or her agents are unable to perform any or all of the duties herein for any reason, including but not limited to, fire, transportation problems, acts of God, accident, illness, or technical problems, and if she cannot provide another competent professional, all money received, minus expenses, will be returned to Registrant, and Paige shall have no further liability with respect to this agreement.

Model Release -
This contract serves as a model release giving Paige Marie Photography the irrevocable right to use photographs she captures at the workshop in all forms and in all media and in all manners, without any restriction as to changes or alterations, for advertising, trade, promotion, exhibition, or any other lawful purposes. Registrant waives any right to inspect or approve the photograph(s), finished version(s) incorporating the photograph(s), or the use to which it may be applied, including written copy that may be created and appear in connection therewith. This release is binding on the Registrant, their legal representatives, heirs, and assigns. Registrant has full legal authority to use his/her own photographs taken at the workshop for their personal use.

Social Media Publication -
Registrant agree to link Paige Marie Photography’s websites, Instagram, and Facebook pages to any social media publication of his/her images taken at the workshop. This includes, but is not limited to, Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter. Website to be linked is: www.paigemariephotography.com. Facebook to be linked is: www.facebook.com/paigemariephotographymt. Instagram to be linked is: @paigemariephoto.

Entire Agreement
The information contained herein constitutes the entire agreement between site users and our company relating to the use of this website.
